      Pros

      The Stepping Stones Group provides a lot of support and resources. From the clinical manager to the Bridge Academy and everything in between. My clinical manager has been very helpful with checking-in on me and making sure that things are going smoothly. She also provides therapy resources in the form of a digital tool-kit, which has been extremely helpful. The company also provides free CEUs in the form of monthly webinars. This is a great company to work for.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons. The Stepping Stones Group is very receptive to their employees and responsive to any concerns.

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      Pros

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
