      Pros

      I had an awesome team to collaborate with during my first year as an SLP. Amazing individualized clinical fellow supervision. Great pay (I was on a travel stipend)

      Cons

      Being a contract employee your schools/hours can be changed any week. Inconsistent weekly pay depending on hours work - for instance when schools are closed for the holidays you don't make $. No specific SSG cons except that I had an unusual recruiter situation where I did not hear from my recruiter for months after I was hired, I found out I was supposed to be in contact with them for all of my onboarding etc. which I ended up completing by myself.

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      Pros

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
