      Everyone I have worked with at Stepping Stones has been professional, friendly, and really supportive. I have had a few issues with the district I was assigned to, and they have been very helpful. I feel very supported by them.

      I haven't seen anything to relate.

      Great company to work for I enjoy working with various people and receive great support ; good benefits

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
