      The staff is the most helpful and kind I've ever worked with. You get to work with children and help them on a daily basis. You are on your own, yet they check in with you monthly and make you feel to not hesitate for any questions or concerns.

      Currently working remotely, not hands on with kids

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
