      Stepping Stones is a fantastic agency to work for. They care about their employees and provide excellent resources and support. My Clinical Manager, Julie Williams, is wonderful. She is completely invested in her team and it shows in everything she does! Thank you Julie.

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
