I have been with SSG since the merger of companies, and it has been a good experience. I feel supported, and the school district that I work for is also great to work for. Compensation has been good with a yearly increase. They strongly supported the staff during the difficult time and provided staff with stimulus pay during the pandemic, which was a huge help.
