Easy job but too much micro management - Career Services Manager The Stepping Stones Group Employee Review

Too much micromanagement. Having to meet a certain number of calls and minutes every day is a waste and busy work. If you are able to do your job what does it matter how many calls you make every day? Also being asked almost daily what you are working on by a director level manager is ridiculous, especially when you constantly are exceeding and meeting goals. Conference calls almost every day to go over what you are working on is a waste of time. Uncomfortable conference calls when directors call out employees in front of everyone, deal with issues in private. Insurance premiums are ridiculous, extremely high and unrealistic for the salary you make. Never received any information on commission structure or details. Have had to get commission corrected multiple times and constantly send reminders to receive bonuses. Be sure to keep a document of commission details ensure you are receiving the correct amount.
