Pros

- Support from case managers - 401k - Pay - Communication/Regular Check-Ins - Immediately act on any concerns

Cons

- Promised a certain amount of hours + benefits, never delivered - Was told I couldn’t switch to another case because there were no other open cases (later found out there were over 70) - At the height of COVID, I was told to go in to work when I had a cough, runny nose, sore throat & headache and “just take the test later that day”

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
