Pros

they have high hourly pay

Cons

despite higher pay, you’ll never be full time because the schools get out early once a week so you’ll always be just under full time hours. they never told me how aggressive the client would be. I had chunks of hair ripped out, religious jewelry broken, cuts, scars, bite marks, etc. There was no supervisor or BCBA on the case so I was doing the job of 3 people on my own. No data collection. Teachers were god awful too. I quit after 6 days. I had 3 years experience as an RBT prior to this job so I knew what I was doing, but this company is extremely unsafe for the employees and unhelpful for the clients.

We are sorry to hear about your challenges working with an aggressive client and that you didn’t have a supervisor to guide you in the situation. As a company, we prioritize the safety of our clients and employees, and we apologize that this has not been your experience. We encourage you to speak with our Human Resources team at 866-600-7598 to report these concerns and share your suggestions on how we can improve.
