Don’t work here - Anonymous employee The Stepping Stones Group Employee Review

If your company is acquired by stepping stones do yourself a favor and run the other way. My company went from the BEST employer I’ve ever had to the absolute worst and that’s saying a lot as I have worked in fast food and other not so glamorous jobs before. There’s no room for career progression. And the pay structure and testily pay “raises” are laughable. They are disorganized, unprepared for major changes within the company, constantly making changes for the worse and just all around the worst employer I have experienced in my 15 years of working. This place is only in it to line the pockets of whoever owns it and doesn’t care about its clients (who are some of the purest and most vulnerable demographic) or “transforming lives together”. People getting laid off with a days notice, Clinical workers are extremely over worked and under paid. There is no work like balance. We just found out that we had our state required sick time policy taken away with no announcement and no chance for us with medical ailments to move surgeries and appointments. I can’t wait to quit. I absolutely hate it there and advise anyone to Not come work here.
