      Pay is decent. Start out strong

      Cons

      Well... I hired on with them for a public school system. The school canceled the assignment and the Group set me up with an interview on New Years Eve recognized. It was moved twice after that. Then for a whole month...nothing. I got the feeling that they abandoned me. They did not even return texts or emails in a timely manner after that. It is hard to believe that they had zero opportunities in a one month period in the entire state.

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
