      Pros

      Ability to negotiate salary and be reimbursed more than district hired employees. Especially if you look up what the company is being paid hourly for your services from the district (it’s all public information.) You can also be moved very easily if you don’t like the placement you get assigned.

      Cons

      The healthcare has gotten much worse in the past couple of years. Very expensive and covers very little. 401k WITHOUT company matching. Very difficult to get adequate PTO. Will attempt to convince you that PTO is only possible with significant cuts to hourly rates.

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      Pros

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
