Great if you don't care about communication - Speech Therapist The Stepping Stones Group Employee Review

Pros

They reimburse you for licensure and associated costs. I also got to pick where I wanted to work and what schools I wanted to work in

Cons

The communication with the recruiters/placement agents is ABYSMAL. I was told I'd be placed in my schools at a certain date. Well that date came and went and no one contacted me as to why I wasn't able to start. It took 2 MONTHS for them to get me approved for my placements (not because of me, but because they waited). The pay was also awful. They pulled the wool over my eyes and offered me about 15k less than what I was making at my last job. If I wasn't so desperate to leave my last job, I would have laughed in their face.
