      Benifits Hours are great / shorter work week

      Cons

      It seems like when hired the job will pay more then it does...beware employees on hourly salary will not be paid for time off or holiday breaks... don't expect to make more then 35k Management is slim to none as roles are not discussed... I heard from my manager 2 times throughout the school year Contract at school was no renewed ... was told a month before the end of the school year and no help finding a new position after being with the company for a year.

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      Pros

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
