      Pros

      pays on time; user-friendly timecards

      Cons

      Too many to mention here. 1) Poor recruiter support; interested only in filling the positions with the most hours first irrespective of how long and how hard you have worked for the company 2) Provides you with a contract in April to be signed in 72 hours for the coming school year with your current assignment without any explanation of this being contingent upon the site renewing the contract and that they do not yet know if it will be renewed.Very misleading and confusing for people who are depending on work.

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      Pros

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
