      Pros

      Company offers stable hours on a weekly basis.

      Cons

      This is the worst company to work for. The HR department will waste your time and the Supervisors will give you a placement your not well suited for and then refuse to re assign you to a better position. I wouldn't recommend anyone applying or working here based on my experience.

      Pros

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
