Pros

- W2, timesheets aren't micromanaged - quick to get a job - provide tech equipment and eval access

Cons

-poor support from clinical supervisor especially if they have the initials EG. They will push you to expand your workload and expect you to have 80+ caseloads. -it was pulling teeth to get a $.50 raise for being bilingual -Lowest paid job I have had, I easily make $10 more at another company for the same job.

Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

Cons

Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
