Pros

Supervisors are helpful, the kids are great, flexible with schedule, you are payed for last minute cancellations, great feedback, trauma-informed therapy approach, training is ongoing, I'd like to think the company is moving in a positive direction though

Cons

Hard to get a raise, high expectations for lower-pay, benefits are not great, poor work/life balance - if you don't set strong work boundaries from the beginning. Downloading teams on your phone (which is recommended upon hiring) makes you feel like you're working 24/7

Pros

SSG promotes from within often. Real opportunities to create a solid book of business and grow as a professional.

Cons

no 401K matching offered. Health benefits are expensive for a family.
