Pros

NONE , NONE, ZERO, NOTHING, NOTHING

Cons

- not as transparent as they claim to be -Favoritism ( they will give their favorite recruiters candidates and the states with the most ACTIVE roles atm-and will stick everyone else wherever -In office 5 days a week THIS IS JUST A GLORIFIED CALL CENTER- we are the only ones in office. THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS REMOTE. -Will try to chastise for not making 50 calls/day but the Account executives can literally make you lose candidates due to NO sense of urgency, no real jobs, or real bill rates. -doesn't know how to lead a team/branch, is to buddy buddy with some of the recruiters which caused a division in the beginning and wasn't addressed until recruiters were about to quit. -3 of us resigned in 4 days ! -HAD TO PUT MY REVIEW ON GLASSDOOR SINCE THEY DELETE GOOGLE REVIEWS.

Pros

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
