      For my first position this has been a great company. They are supportive and hands on. They are always available and willing to help.

      Cons

      There are frequent non working days in the school when you are not paid. There are only three paid sick days offered

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
