      Awful benefits--health insurance isn't accepted everywhere, no PTO or maternity leave Unpaid conference leave Only 5 sick days Have to haggle for a raise each year

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
