      The Pay is Excellent, The hours are good.

      Cons

      The schools they place you in are high need schools, The also don't tell you if you're coming back to work for them in the next school year. They make you wait and go through the entire process of on boarding and never tell you that you are not being placed...

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
