      Everything luckily runs quite smoothly & there is a lot of independence

      Cons

      My initial supervisor kept a lot of contact & majorly supportive, but I received another who I've never even met this school year. Leadership seems dependent on who you get.

      Like any contract agency if it’s holiday and the schools have numerous then u don’t get paid

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
