      Lack of Transparency, Petty Leadership, Inconsistent Hours, No Summer Hours, Low Pay Rates & Lack of Benefits.

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
