Pros

Great job and department. I loved this school and the staff. Only issue was the district is not on the same page as the school.

Cons

My contract was cut short after I refused to work for the district only because pay was 1/2 as much as my agency.

Thank you for your feedback and for the meaningful work you've done. We’re so glad to hear you had a positive experience at the school and with your team. We understand how frustrating unexpected contract changes can be, especially when tied to compensation concerns. Your suggestion to provide better support in those situations is appreciated—we’ll take this to heart as we continue improving our placement and transition processes.

Pros

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
