- Reimbursements for CEUs and job related expenses - willingness to find in person placements - personal experience with clinical manager

Cons

- only offered minimum sick days (max annually) and no PTO - if you need medical accommodations and/or FMLA it can be complicated - agency doesn’t provide any materials (not unexpected by others do)

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

Cons

Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
