      Yearly stipend. If your supervisor likes you, you will get good communication.

      Cons

      Their training is not the best or getting back to your emails. Also, struggle with receiving supervision hours.

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
