Pros
I have been working at this company for several years and the level of support I receive is unparalleled to any other I have worked at. We have many team members, along with management, that will assist and help you with all challenges you may face. Even though you have freedom and autonomy to do your job, there is always someone to reach out to for assistance, pretty much anytime of the day. The size of the company is also something worth mentioning. It is large enough to not worry about them running out of money as they weathered the storm of COVID and didn't lose a single employee. They are small enough as you will not get lost or ignored as you may in a large corporate conglomerate. Not only that, but if you have a good idea, it will be heard and shared with the entire team. Working together and a very large atmosphere for team comradery is extremely important and presented on a daily basis. You are paid more than fairly along with a robust commission system designed to incentivize you to push for success. The number one goal is for you to be successful and you will have most, if not all the tools necessary for that to happen. A++++++ company to work for!!!
Cons
Very few opportunities' for in person engagement if that's what you're after. However, Microsoft teams, Zoom, etc. meetings can be held as much as any team member would like.
