This might be a benefit, you never hear anything from them. Like not at all. They deposit your check and you never hear from them, not on holidays, not when you request any information, they are just silent.
Cons
I've been working in aerospace for over 20 years and this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. No benefits, no holiday pay, no vacation, no annual raises or assessment. After years of working for the company, I never received anything from them. The company charges a lot for there service and then doesn't take care of their employees at all.
