      - Weekly pay on W2 - Communicative whenever I have a concern or question - Benefits but there is a probationary period

      Cons

      - No PTO or sick leave - If the company you're supporting is closed, you don't get paid - Company I support is closed for 2 weeks in December, I will have 2 weeks of no payment.

      Good Pay. Thats about it.

      Cons

      Absolutely no benefits. No vacation time. No sick time. No paid Federal Holidays. Also, basic insurance for a family of three was $500 A WEEK!!!
