Pros

Honestly there are NOT any good reason to work for this company. U think most reviews are because they are mad retaliation. It's not I still work here and hate it. If you have an interview go into any store and ask the employee what they think honestly. Due to kids and family Im riding the waves until I find another one. Snakes cutthroat harassment oh wait these are cons they all exist

Cons

Downside.....management makes all the money while the sales operate the store. Talking sales associate get 1000 managers get 5000 to do nothing.u have to do all the paperwork work the crazy hours while management enjoy theirs. Marketing is horrible. DC can't keep up with materials inventory. One day u got plenty then tomorrow it's disco or either unavailable for 4 months. Lol subsidy I'd how the company make they money to pay managers to ensure you go into subsidy. Yea if you don't seem because the company isn't advertising then yes you will be entitled to pay the company money. YOU OWE THEM FOR NOT SALE THEIR TILE. YES EVEN THO YOU operated THEIR BUILDING FOR 9HRS TODAY. They expect you to clean up count inventory do Plata gram. It's over 4000 tiles to count. And the only way to make money is to Sell tile. How do you sell tile if your required so much to do. Managers sit at their desk all day hiding from csi.....

Pros

There's a system to follow and it's an open ceiling to how much you can make.

Cons

The only con I came across over the years, is candidates lying on their resume's and wasn't willing to be coachable because they thought they knew everything.

Pros

Some of the floor staff are great people to work with.

Cons

The core issue here is a management culture that has completely decayed. It is an "old school" environment in the worst way possible—rigid, out of touch, and fueled by greed. There are blatant double standards where leadership expects total flexibility and "hustle" from staff, but offers zero support or fair treatment in return. The focus is entirely on the bottom line at the expense of employee morale. It feels like the company is stuck in a bygone era, refusing to modernize its approach to work-life balance or fair compensation. Career growth feels stagnant unless you fit into their specific "inner circle."
