Pros
Great benefits. You get paid based on how hard you work. I read some of the reviews and obviously these people were the weakest people. Someone said you have to work 7 days ! Obviously your review is bs because Rochelle park store is in Bergen county and according to the blue laws all retail stores are closed. It's not all commission? It's commission based on a $1000 draw. Plus you get paid bonuses .... Just send your resume and sit down at an interview and they will explain it. I've been working here for a year and besides the first 3 weeks if training, which was a transition. I started asking money right off the bat. My first commission was $1200 got Two weeks. Now after a year on a bad pay period my check is $2k (after taxes!) they offer full benefits. 401k!! With employers contribution!!!! Can't believe these people hate in the tile shop! Lol. You get PTO. Paid vacation. Yes if you stand around and play with your cellphone all day. You will not make it. You got to love money and hustle and willing to learn. The managers at the tile shop are very passionate and will not let you talk to customers until you are ready. Also, very sophisticated tile store, did I mention They give you an iPad to work with customers ! I can go on and on. But call a tile shop and ask for the "top sales person" in that store and ask them what they think of the tile shop not the losers who got fired or were weak and quit Many success stories ! Oh I forgot to say. I'm getting promoted to an assistant manager in the next 2-3 weeks! What does that mean?! $1000-1500 in bonuses every month !!
Cons
The only think I don't like about the tile shop is they give a chance to every loser out there hoping they make it. But I'd rather work hours than work with some negative, drug addict losers...
