Pros
Lots of potential to make great money between commissions, bonuses and other incentives.
Cons
You have to work very hard for not a lot of money sometimes. There are monthly goals that have to be met to obtain bonuses and if you do not have everyone on your sales staff pulling their weight meeting your goals can be difficult. Tends to be a fair amount of turnover with sales staff because of commission sales which causes a lot of extra work.
