Although our tech is considered to be great, it's not very automated, which is why we have so many Account Managers advising our clients (however this can work to our benefit since we are very service oriented). The managers need to take management courses. The C-levels, VPs, and many of the GMs are very manipulative. Job seekers beware! They think they are going to run the world, but they should remember to remain humble. The arrogance has become toxic.
