-Yes people are hired. Jeff does not hire for expertise. He hires and rules with fear. -Women and HR are not respected. If you survived the layoffs in HR, you are not respected, they just know that you will do what ever they say and you have no backbone. -Centers of Excellence is a joke. These are centers that are "required". HR presence is the absolute minimum because C-Suite does not believe in HR. -Company is at 3,000 employees with no HR representation on the executive suite..... hmmmm... Makes you think why? -Values are baloney! Generous is one of their values yet they are not generous with their own people. Practice what teach! -This culture is TOXIC. Don't fall for it. If you have another offer, even if it's less money... take it. It's not worth 4 years of agony, losing yourself and your mental health.
