Pros

The department has had a lot of turnover but they are going in the right direction. Love the new processes and how the team works together. Great Management they know their stuff and listen to what you have to say. The directors make daily rounds to say hi and are open to help whenever you need it.

Cons

Long hours during month end but this is changing new staff is being brought in, processes are being changed and you could see the change coming.
