No work life balance/Management is horrible - Staff Accountant The Valley Health System (Nevada) Employee Review

Micromanaging like it’s in style. You get a couple hundred $$ bonus like if it’s worth the extra hours and weekends that you are required to work. Start fresh with real managers that have people skills and actually come to work with the subordinates when they work on weekends! Accounting department lost 6 employees in the last 4 months about half the Accounting department has left. Prior year and a half over 10 employees left. It’s a mass exodus to work & live in the real world with managers that are held accountable for their actions and treat employees like humans not robots!
