The pay is lousy, you have to deal with difficult customers on a routine basis and you work with people that are either uneducated, unmotivated, fairly stupid or some combination of all three. The corporate headquarters claims to take good care of its employees, but the reality is far from that. They will say that there is a lot of potential for upward movement within the company but actually getting promoted, even when qualified, seems to be impossible. They expect much out of their employees, but give little in return.
