      Pros

      I work here because it's a really great place to be and I love building bridge's. I also like working here beacuse the project managers are really good people and down to earth and know what they do. My project manager Mike Close has earn my respects not only as a leader but as a person as wel.

      Cons

      I have very few issues, its construction my only issue is staying behind schedule.

      Pros

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
