      For the most part, great people to work with (except below). Good compensation. Fun, family culture.

      Cons

      Long hours. The only performance evaluation for a job is its profitability. Some upper management do not care for their employees.

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
