      Great benefits and overall company with plenty of work. Awesome projects that many professionals dream to be a part of. Decent pay and some very talented employees.

      Cons

      High turn over with some bad managers that don't know how to work with people. They tend to over work their employees and make them seem replaceable. Poor planning and management.

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
