      Pros

      Pays ok Company has a lot of potiential

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities to learn -- poor training practices. There seems to be a power struggle with management Nepotism Management promotes and fosters an "arrogant" environment. If you're not an engineer or a PM, you don't matter. This project is a hot mess, no clear direction... on anything... ever. Zero perks for my position

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
