      Large projects in expanding markets. The Seattle district was expanding and the company was growing.

      Cons

      People were being moved project with little notice and individuals had little input on which projects they were being moved to.

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
