      Does offer very good insurance and decent pay.

      Cons

      Unless you are a salary employee you do not receive paid holidays or vacation. Company doesn't offer direct deposit. For the 14th largest company in us figure they would offer more

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
