      This Company from the Top executives to the newest employees are trained and support a behavioral based safety culture. This is a family of professionals who work well together and are adamant about production, quality, and safety sharing equal importance.

      Cons

      I have no cons and would highly recommend anyone to join the Walsh team.

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
