      Worked there for more than 10 years. Incredible benefits - Decent 401K matching. Bonus structure has potential to be great.

      Cons

      Lack of personal performance raises. 3% every year, no matter how great or how terrible of an employee you are. Bonus structure can be great - can also be non-existent. Minimum 50+ hours a week - often much more.
