Archer-western/ Walsh group is well positioned to be one of the elite companies within its area of influence, as a builder and contractor. Many, many, smart people are working in concert to achieve success. Management is dedicated to better, faster, means and methods, and promotes the hiring of young achievers coming into the engineering and building trades.
Cons
To be expected, in the construction industry there isn't much time to do much other than work. Its the nature of the business. I have met some great people at work though, and it is beneficial to have access to individuals of disparate backgrounds and experiences and knowledge in every direction.
