Pros
Good benefits, great employee training programs, travel compensation for the train, catered lunches, employee lunch programs, and the building was Beautiful and had a gym.
Cons
Never felt like there was a true team environment, small fish in a huge pond, my department did not get along well, too large of a company and a lot of miscommunication.
