      Pros

      An awesome management team. Everyone from senior management to colleagues is great. cooperative and easy to talk to. Review process is Bi-annual, which is good. Salary, Bonus and Benefits are good, process is transperent.

      Cons

      Nothing specific. Have to work on saturdays sometimes and some days will have long hours, but that common and acceptable in the construction industry. The company can provide better/upgraded equipement to the management team to work more efficiently.

      Large company with a wide portfolio. Large scale projects with opportunity for learning. Many resources for their employees.

      Cons

      Very traditional structure. The company relies on good workers who stay in their position for long periods of time. Not a great place to advance quickly in your career.
