Pros
big company will never go out of business, job security. Great systems in place with support from corporate. Everyone I talked to and emailed within the company was extremely friendly and helpful. Opportunities to work on "mega projects", technically advanced projects, and scheduling-driven projects. Traveling is a available if that's your thing. The pay is good and I'd say above average.
Cons
BIG COMPANY, hard to move up. They chase the big projects so you better be willing to go to where those projects are. They pigeon hole their employees into one market of construction, which I think is normal in a company of that size but id like to build different things. likely to work longg hours.
